MADRID — A convicted sex offender was charged with failure to notify the state sex offender registry of an address change on Sunday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Christopher N. Snyder, 37, was charged after allegedly moving to St. Lawrence County in January and failing to notify the proper authorities until Feb. 14, officers said.
The charge is a felony.
Snyder was cited and released on a ticket returnable to Madrid court, deputies said.
