HERMON – St. Lawrence County sheriff deputies say they arrested a man for driving while intoxicated following a reported personal-injury accident Sunday.
Donald L. Ashley Jr., 50, Asheboro, NC, was charged with first-offense DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent and failure to keep right, officers said.
His blood alcohol content was unavailable pending a toxicology report, deputies said.
He is to appear in Hermon Town Court at a later date, officers said.
