MADRID — A Madrid man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a personal-injury accident on Westaway Road on Sunday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Dustin W. Stebbins, 34, was charged with first-offense DWI, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable or prudent and no seat belt, deputies said.
Blood was taken from Stebbins to determine his blood-alcohol content (BAC) and results are pending, officers said.
Injury details were not provided.
Stebbins was released on tickets returnable to Madrid court at a future date.
