LISBON -- A Lisbon woman faces several charges stemming from a reported domestic dispute in which she punches two adults in front of a toddler, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies.
Geneva L. Goble, 40, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest.
Deputies said Goble struck two people in front of a two-year-old child during an argument.
She allegedly resisted arrest when officers tried to place her under arrest.
She was issued appearance tickets and released to a third party and it to appear in Lisbon court at a later date.
