LISBON — A Lisbon man allegedly menaced Town of Lisbon Highway Department employees with a shotgun on Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Christopher M. Boyle, 43, was charged with second-degree menacing on Cold Springs Road, deputies said.
He reportedly exited his residence with a shotgun and yelled at the highway workers who were attempting to repair a culvert near Boyle’s residence.
He was taken into custody, arraigned in Canton court and released on his own recognizance, officers said.
Boyle is to answer the charge in court at a later date, deputies said.
