MASSENA -- The Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee for Laborers, Local #1822 recruit from Oct. 20 through Sept. 21, 2015, the state Department of Labor said.
They are seeking five skilled construction craft laborer apprentices.
Pick up applications at Local Union #1822, 49 1/2 Maple St., Massena on the first Monday of each month, excluding legal holidays, during the recruitment period.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old; have a high school diploma or a high school equivalency diploma (such as TASC or GED); have reliable transportation to and from work and related instruction; and pass a drug test, at the expense of the sponsor, after selection and prior to indenture.
