POTSDAM -- The K-Family unit of the Potsdam Kiwanis Club is holding a food drive to benefit the St. Mary’s Church Thanksgiving baskets distributed to families that would otherwise not have a Thanksgiving dinner.
Members of the Clarkson University Circle K, Potsdam High School Key Club and Lawrence Avenue K-Kids Club have been passing out fliers and collecting food since the end of October.
The St. Mary’s baskets include a turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, vegetables and dessert, as well as such as sugar, flour and other supplemental items.
