At 6 a.m. troopers responded to a report of a male subject armed with a gun and acting in a threatening manner.
Following an investigation troopers charged Abram J. Kahl with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a hallucinogenic, and third-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
Kahl will be arraigned in Massena Town Court late this afternoon. This investigation is continuing.
