Hermon woman jailed for breaking into ex-boyfriend's home, fighting with him

RUSSELL – A Hermon woman is in county jail on $2,500 bail or $10,000 bail bond after allegedly breaking into her ex-boyfriend's home and a fighting with him at 8:15 a.m. Wednesday at 10 Fordham Hill Road, according to St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Deputies.

Bridget N. Hatch, 20, 69 Hatch Rd., Hermon, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, and one count each of petit larceny and second-degree harassment.

Deputies report that after Hatch broke into the ex-boyfriend's home and started fighting with him, she allegedly damaged a phone line and stole a cell phone in order to prevent the man from calling the police.

She was arraigned in front of Judge Lamson at Hermon Town Court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of the bail and bail bond.

An order of protection was issued for the ex-boyfriend.
