RUSSELL – St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Hermon woman after she allegedly allowed two juveniles to fight, resulting in injury to one on Aug. 14.
Kristen N. Daniels, 26, of 19 Town Line Rd., Hermon, was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of criminal facilitation, fourth degree for permitting a physical altercation between the two on County Rt. 25 in the town of Russell, according to deputies.
They also report two other juveniles were present during the incident.
Daniels was arraigned in Canton Town Court and released under the supervision of probation to reappear in Russell at a later date.
The investigation is continuing.
