DEKALB -- A Hermon man faces multiple counts of second-degree rape after St. Lawrence County Sheriff's deputies say he allegedly had sexual relations with a victim under the age of 15 in July of 2010.
Edwin C. Bevins Jr., 25, of 730 County Route 19, Hermon is being held on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond after he was charged with three counts of second-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child for a 2010 incident.
Deputies say Bevins allegedly has sex with a child under the age of 15 in the town of DeKalb.
He was arraigned and sent t St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
