POTSDAM — A Hermon man was charged Tuesday afternoon after backing his vehicle into a two-year-old child on Larnard Street, according to Potsdam police.
Kyle J. Fountain, 25, was cited for unsafe backing of a motor vehicle at 4:30 p.m.
Police report that an ambulance was asked to respond to the scene but details on injuries were not yet available.
Fountain is to appear in Potsdam court Oct. 23 at 8:30 a.m.
