NORWOOD -- The Hannawa Falls, Colton and West Potsdam fire departments were winners in the fire Department category of the 76th annual Norwood Fire Department July 4 parade.
Other departments participating included Louisville, Norfolk, Potsdam, Waddington, Madrid, North Lawrence, Pyrities and West Stockholm.
The fire departments were judged by officials from the New York State Volunteer Firemen's Parade and Drill Teams Captain’s Association chaired by Janet Moore of Hannawa Falls.
Other officials included Jerry Flanders, Copenhagen, Phil Wagoner of Colton and John Ledger Massena.
