GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur woman has been charged with felony insurance fraud and two people from Edwards face misdemeanor charges in connection with a stolen vehicle case.
State police said they investigation began Feb. 20. It led them to charge Jennifer M. Warren, 23, of Gouverneur with third degree insurance fraud: greater than $3,000, and the misdemeanors of a false written statement and third-degree false reporting of an incident.
Also charged in the case are Michael J. Tidmore, 30, and Brittany J. Disotell, 20, both of Edwards, were each accused of fourth-drgree criminal facilitation, a misdemeanor.
All three were issued appearance tickets Thursday, ordering them to be in court at a later date.
