GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur teen was charged Tuesday with possessing child pornography on his cell phone, according to state police.
Dillon M. Hart, 17, was charged with possessing an obscene sexual performance of a child less than 16 years old, felony, possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old, felony and endangering the welfare of a child, troopers said.
Hart allegedly was found in possession of nude photographs and a sexually explicit video of a 14-year-old male on his cell.gif)
phone, officers said.
He was arraigned in Fowler Town Court and released on his own recognizance to appear in court Nov. 25 at 6:30 p.m., trooper said.
