DEKALB -- A Gouverneur teen was arrested on rape charges Saturday afternoon, according to state police.
Andrew M. Robertucci, 16, was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:41 p.m., troopers said.
He allegedly forcibly raped a 13-year-old female on June 12, troopers said.
His arrest status was listed as held.
Robertucci was arraigned in Fowler Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton on $5,000 bail or $10,000 bond.
