GOUVERNEUR -- Gouverneur Mayor Ron McDougal has offered praise of Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo’s executive budget.
“Once again, New York is setting an example for the rest of the nation and under the Governor’s leadership, we will continue to set the standard for progressive, positive change in order to improve the lives of hard-working men and women. Gov. Cuomo’s proposed budget not only drives economic development, but it ensures a better future for those who live and visit our great state. I urge our legislature to pass this budget,” he said in an emailed release.
McDougal did not offer specifics on what he liked in the proposed budget.
