GOUVERNEUR -- A Gouverneur man was jailed after he was found to be in possession of the precursors of methamphetamines, 10 needles and a stolen wallet, according to the Gouverneur Police Department.
Ti J. Dahlberg, 35, was charged with possession of precursors of methamphetamines, possession of hypodermic instrument and petit larceny at Kinney Drugs, 17 Clinton St., officers said.
Dahlberg reportedly was in possession of 10 syringes with needles attached, which police say he intended to use for illegal purposes.
He also was allegedly in possession of a stolen wallet from Kinney Drugs valued at $7.99, police said.
He was arraigned in Gouverneur Town Court and sent to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $7,500 bail, police said.
He is to appear in court on June 4 to face the charges.
