POTSDAM -- An Ogdensburg man was held on $7,000 for grand larceny, while two others were jailed on $2,000 for alleged conspiracy charges, according to state police.
The arrests occured Thursday at 9:44 p.m.
Canton-based state police said Mariano T. Patterson, 46, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fifth degree conspiracy for an incident that was reported November 30.
Amy L. Patterson, 38, Aaron D. Wells, 18, and Leo F. Lalonde, 35, all of Ogdensburg were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy.
Lalonde and Paterson were additionally charged with fifth-degree possession of stolen property.
Wells and Lalonde were jailed on $2,000 cash bail.
Amy Patterson was released on her own recognizance.
Troopers said the incident remains under investigation.
