He allegedly shot a rifle round off within his residence on Pike Street in Fort Covington.

The residence was occupied by three other people, including a 4-year old child.

Barrick is charged one count each of first-degree reckless endangerment and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, and misdemeanor counts of child endangerment and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Barrick was arraigned in the Malone Town Court and remanded to the Franklin County Jail, Malone, in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond.
