POTSDAM – Three people have been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $1,000 on Dec. 2, 2011 from the Potsdam Moose Lodge on NYS Hwy. 56, according to state police.

Police say Jordan G. Thomas, 22, Potsdam, a bartender at the lodge, conspired with Kyle A. Lamay, 27, Massena, and Robert J. Donnelly, 29, Massena.

The trio entered the lodge during non-business hours after midnight on Dec. 2, police said. The three “worked in concert with varying degrees of involvement to perpetrate the theft,” police said.

Thomas was originally arrested June 1 for burglary third degree and conspiracy fifth degree in connection with the case. She was arraigned in the Town of Potsdam Court and released under supervision of probation.

Arrest warrants were issued the same day by the Potsdam Town Court for Lamay and Donnelly for the same charges. Both men were later located at the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility where they were being held on unrelated charges, police said.

After appearing in Potsdam Town Court for arraignment, Lamay was released on his own recognizance and sent back to jail to continue being held on the other charges. Donnelly was sent back to the jail in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond, pertaining to the Moose Lodge charges, police said.

Thomas and Lamay are scheduled to appear for further proceedings in the Potsdam Town Court on July 19, and Donnelly is scheduled to re-appear on June 29for further proceedings, police said.
