MASSENA -- Five people were jailed after village police raided 419 S. Main St. and rooms at the Super 8 Motel on Monday and Tuesday.
Police seized undisclosed quantities of crack and power cocaine, heroin and U.S. currency.
They say the drugs are worth about $15,000.
The raids resulted in felony counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance filed against Taylor L. Lapage, 20, of 419 South Main St. (two counts); Sylvester Wright, 37, of 2114 Mermaid Ave., Brooklyn, (three counts); Danielle C. Lapage, 38, of 419 South Main St., Massena; Nadine N. Pascal, 20, of 1840 Lexington Ave. 7G, New York City; and Angelica J. Baker, 23, of 419 South Main St., Massena.
Dean M. Lamphere, 47, of 291 State Rte. 11B, Hopkinton was charged with a misdemeanor count of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and released with an appearance ticket.
The other five defendants were arraigned in Massena court by judge Joe Brown.
Wright, Danielle Lapage and Pascal were remanded to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail due to prior felony convictions.
Baker was jailed in lieu of $1,000 bail or $2,000 bond.
Taylor Lapage was jailed in lieu of $2,000 bail or $4,000 bond, police said.
Police say they were assisted by the Department of Homeland Security and the St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force.
