POTSDAM -- An early morning fire on Broad Street remains under investigation, according to the Potsdam Fire Department.
Firefighters were dispatched to 2 Broad St. at 2:49 a.m. Thursday, which was occupied by Nadezda Zikoba and one other person.
The building sustained moderate damage, a news release from the department says.
The building's owner is Jeremy Brown, who had insurance on the property.
West Stockholm and West Potsdam fire departments provided mutual aid.
