BRASHER — Two Norfolk men were arrested Saturday morning on County Road 38 following a fight over a debt, according to state police.

Troopers said that Scott G. Henry, 29 and Lucas A. Johnson, 29, went to the home of Terry A. Lamay in an attempt to collect money reportedly owed to Henry.

Lamay told police he was in the kitchen with his girlfriend Brandi Smith, 24, when Henry and Johnson walked in without knocking. Lamay said his brother, Henry, said that he (Lamay) was late in paying him $100 he was owed.

Henry and Johnson reportedly told Lamay that they were taking his TV to which Lamay refused, according to statements given to police.

Several pushing matches, struggles and fights ensued as Lamay attempted to get the two men out of his house, statements said.

During the struggles Henry and Johnson allegedly choked Lamay, statements said.

While Johnson and Lamay were fighting on the porch Henry went back inside the home and took the TV and left out the back door, statements said.

The men got into a vehicle with the flat screen TV and left the scene, statements to police said.

Henry and Johnson were both charged later in the day with a felony county of second-degree burglary and criminal obstruction of breathing.

Police did not report their arrest statuses.

Orders of protection were issued in favor of the victim.
