MASSENA -- The state Department of Transportation plans to resurface Andrews Street starting on or about Oct. 20.
The first phase will include milling the roadway during daylight hours, which the DOT says will be finished sometime around Oct. 22.
The DOT expects paving to start Oct. 23 and wrap up by Oct. 27.
The DOT says side street access will be temporarily closed and traffic will be directed by flaggers.
