Democrat Mike Derrick of Peru, Green Party candidate Matt Funiciello of Glens Falls, and Republican incumbent Rep. Elise Stefanik of Willsboro squared off in the debate broadcast Monday, Oct. 24, discussing the environment and climate change, and Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, among other issues.
