DEKALB JUNCTION – A DeKalb Junction teen is accused of stealing a .357 magnum handgun from a Hermon residence.
The St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office charges that Albert E. Bevins, 18, Rice Road, broke into an unoccupied house on Lazy River Road in Hermon in July and stole the revolver.
Bevins was arraigned in Town of Fowler Court on charges second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, fourth-degree grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property.
He was released to the supervision of probation authorities, and will appear at a later date in Town of Hermon Court.
