DEKALB – Brian J. Simmons, 23, 2649 State Rt. 812, is accused of imprisonment, menacing and harassment in an alleged domestic dispute Wednesday.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies were called to his address on a complaint of a domestic disturbance.
Simmons was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, third-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment.
He was arraigned in Hermon Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
