RUSSELL -- Amy Sue Belonge, 46, DeKalb Junction, was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated after she waved down a sheriff’s patrol car to report a different incident.
She was issued tickets for DWI with a blood alcohol level of .11 percent and having an open container of alcohol.
She is to appear in Town of Russell Court.
