DEKALB -- Amvets Post 11, DeKalb Junction, recently made several local donations totaling $1,650.
The Edwards-Knox Senior after-grad party received $100, $100 went to the American Legion Post 69 Memorial Day Fund, $500 to the Hospice-Bob Law Memorial Golf Tournament, $150 to the Pyrites Volunteer Fire Department.
In addition, two scholarships for Edwards-Knox High School students were funded at $200 each, and two scholarships for Hermon-DeKalb High School students were funded, also at $200 each.
