RUSSELL – A convicted felon has been arrested for criminal possession of a weapon fourth degree, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Wayne R. Sharlow Jr., 34, of 114 Cassidy Rd., Russell, was charged at 5 p.m. Friday after he was found to be in possession of a Remington Arms model 280 rifle. The charge is a Class A misdemeanor.
He is to face the charge in Russell Town Court on Dec. 20.
