POTSDAM — A Colton man was charged with driving while intoxicated following an alleged roadside domestic dispute on Wednesday, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
Justyn A. Fountain, 35, was charged with first-offense DWI on County Route 59, officers said.
He was cited and released.
