POTSDAM -- Washington Monthly magazine has ranked Clarkson University second in the nation for its Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program.
The magazine ranks schools by the percentage of students who serve in ROTC.
Nearly 100 Clarkson students serve as cadets in the Air Force and Army ROTC programs.
Clarkson was also ranked at no. 42 for faculty receiving significant research awards, and 80 overall in the national universities category, which ranks 258 universities across the nation.
