GOUVERNEUR — A dispute in the parking lot of McDonald’s restaurant, East Main Street, resulted in charges for Chase Mills and Brasher Falls men on Sept. 10, according to Gouverneur police.
Ryan T. Fenn, 19, Chase Mills, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
Fenn allegedly punched the trunk of a 2003 black Chevrolet Impala belonging to Lucas A. Johnson, 25, Brasher Falls. The vehicle sustained damage from being punched.
Fenn allegedly stood behind the Impala for about four minutes, which prevented Johnson from leaving, police said.
Johnson was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment for attempting to back his vehicle into Fenn which put Fenn in danger of physical injury.
Both men were issued appearance tickets and released.
