CANTON -- Elizabeth Catherine Foote, the daughter of Ben Foote and Diane White Foote of Canton, graduated magna cum laude from Utica College with a bachelor’s degree. She will be teaching English as a second language to middle and high school students in Guadeloupe, a French island in the Caribbean, and upon her return to the states she plans to go on to get an education master’s degree to be a certified French teacher.
