CANTON -- A Canton man was arrested twice in the village Wednesday, landing in jail after the second arrest in a domestic dispute.
Timothy H. Duong, 47, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on Hodskin Street, charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Duong was arraigned and released in his own custody to appear in court on Nov. 18.
He was then arrested at 8 p.m. on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt: disobeying a court order.
Duong was arraigned on that charge and remanded to the county jail.
