BRASHER -- A Brasher Falls man was charged Sunday evening after allegedly pulling down his pants to expose his buttocks to his neighbors across the road during a dispute, according to state police.

Christopher J. Young, 32, was charged at 6:03 p.m. on Buck Avenue with lewdness for exposing himself in public, troopers said.

State police responded to the scene to assist St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies during an alleged dispute.

Young was arraigned by Brasher Justice John Burns, posted $500 bail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Brasher court May 17.
