STOCKHOLM — A Brasher Falls resident was charged with driving while intoxicated following a rollover accident on State Highway 420 on Thursday night, according to St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies.
William J. Francis IV, 33, was charged with felony DWI: previous conviction in last 10 years; failure to stop at a stop sign; and failure to keep right, officers said.
He was arraigned in Stockholm court and remanded to St. Lawrence County Jail on $500 bail, deputies said.
Assisting during the incident were Tri-town Rescue, Brasher-Winthrop Fire Department and state police.
