BRASHER — A Brasher Falls man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated Feb. 27 stemming from a Dec. 10 personal-injury accident, according to state police.
Dondi C. Craft, 61, was charged with aggravated DWI: No prior DWI at 8:38 p.m. at the police station, 29 Stearns St., officers said.
Craft was also charged with imprudent speed, failure to stop at a stop sign and moving from a lane unsafely, police said.
No details were given on injuries sustained during the incident.
Craft was charged and released, police said.
