OGDENSBURG — An Amber Alert was issued and cancelled last night after two teens went missing earlier this month. Police said one of the teens, Olivia Roberts, was potentially in danger.

An Amber Alert was issued around 8:15 p.m. for the 15-year old. Not long after police canceled the alert.

“A location in the village of Massena was identified as a location of interest in the investigation,” said Ogdensburg police detective Mark Kearns. “The village of Massena Police quickly responded to the location at the request of the Ogdensburg Police Department.

Massena police located Roberts at that location.

As the investigation continued into the night two subjects were initially arrested by the Massena Police Department. A short time later Kenneth Snyder was also located in the Village of Massena and was taken into custody without incident.

Ogdensburg police did not report what the charges were for anyone involved.

The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are likely, Kearns said.
