FOWLER -- A Hogansburg man is accused having at least 10 pounds of marijuana and driving while intoxicated after state police investigated an accident he was in.
Kenneth T. Cole, 60, was in an accident shortly after 8 a.m. Tuesday along Cty. Rt. 24 in the town of Fowler.
In the course of their investigation, troopers say they found a large quantity of marijuana and also concluded Cole had been drinking and driving.
Cole was charged with a felony count of first-degree criminal possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor count of first-offense DWI.
State police said their investigation continues.
