Three charged with DWI in Ogdensburg, Canton, Norfolk; one jailed, another had alcohol level nearly triple legal amount

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies charged three men with drunk driving and other charges over the weekend in separate incidents.

• Adam A. Gollinger, 31, County Rt. 24, Canton, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and crossing hazardous markings at 1:30 a.m. Sunday on County Rt. 24, Pierrepont. Police allege Gollinger’s blood alcohol content was .20 percent, well above the .08 percent legal limit, and above the .18 percent threshold for aggravated DWI. He was arraigned and remanded to St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash or $2,000 bail bond. He will appear in Pierrepont Town Court on Oct. 5.

• Zachary J. Finley, 23, County Rt. 6, Ogdensburg, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right at 2:16 a.m. Saturday on Annette Street, Heuvelton. Police allege Finley had a blood alcohol content of .23 percent, nearly three times the .08 percent legal limit and also above the .18 percent threshold for aggravated DWI. He was issued tickets for Oswegatchie Town Court on Oct. 5.

• Jack S. Wilson, 19, Norwood, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right at 3 a.m. Saturday on State Rt. 56, Norfolk. Police allege Wilson’s blood alcohol content was .15 percent, above the .08 percent legal limit. He was issued tickets for Norfolk Town Court on Oct. 5.
