OGDENSBURG -- A suspect in a savage Halloween night beating is still at large, and the victim’s family are offering a $1,000 reward for the perpetrator’s capture.
The family of Anthony L. Rybka have started a Facebook page to get the word around.
The suspect police seek is Michael J. Nugent, 30.
While celebrating Halloween at Davinci's Spaghetti House and Bar in the early hours of Nov. 1, Nugent and several others beat Rybka.
The Facebook page says he was left with shattered orbital bones that required titanium plates. He is still undergoing surgeries to correct his injuries, the page says.
Anyone with information as to Nugent’s whereabouts can call Ogdensburg Police at 393-1551.
