WADDINGTON – A 10-year-old Waddington boy is accused of felony burglary in Waddington Monday.
State police said the boy, whose name was not released, is charged with burglary: illegal entry with criminal intent, a Class C felony, and two misdemeanors, second-degree criminal trespass and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
After processing, the boy was released to a third party, according to troopers.
