The St. Lawrence women's tennis team earned the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) All-Academic Team award for 2013-14, its third award in as many seasons, while four Saints garnered ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
With junior Tori Copelas, sophomores Bridget Fleming and Laura Goldhar, and first-year student Hallie Young each earning Scholar-Athlete status, it marks the most recipients in a single season for the program since the ITA started recognizing women's players in 2002. The Saints had not had multiple athletes earn Scholar-Athlete status since 2011.
The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA member program that has a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale), while the individual award requires a minimum GPA of 3.50.
