(Potsdam, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's basketball team lost to the University of Maine at Fort Kent 68-56 Monday afternoon at Clarkson University's Alumni Gym.
Shannon LaFave (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) dropped in 19 points to lead the Roos.
Jackie Maynard (Brasher Falls, N.Y.) came off the bench to score 14 points for SUNY Canton (0-1 Sunrise Conference, 2-8 overall). Brittany Kenyon (Hammond, N.Y.) added 10 points and Mindy Small (Ogdensburg, N.Y.) had five.
Jenn Colpitts poured in 25 points to lead the Bengals and Taylor Boucher added 11.
