(Clermont, Fla.)- Seniors Colleen Rivers (Bayshore, N.Y.), Heather Lottie (Canton, N.Y.) and Tina DeLuca (Fresh Meadows, N.Y.), and sophomore Jessica Rhodes (Alpine, N.Y.) and Hallie Fenti (Hornell, N.Y.) each laced a single in the Roos two games Tuesday night in Clermont, Fla.
SUNY Canton was scheduled to play one game Tuesday morning and another in the afternoon, but a tornado warning in Florida suspended those contests. The games were re-scheduled later that night and SUNY Canton lost to Augustana College 16-0 and Davenport University 11-0 at the National Training Center.
Rivers and Rhodes each recorded a single against Augustana, and Lottie, DeLuca and Fenti came up with hits against Davenport.
SUNY Canton has a day off from competition on Wednesday, and return to action on Thursday, Feb. 28 playing Capital University at 11 a.m.
