Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton men's soccer program will host an eight hour skills clinic on Tuesday, November 11, 2014. The camp which will run from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. is for high school and junior college students age 15 and up who are looking to continue their playing career in college.

The event will be hosted at SUNY Canton's turf field and focused specifically on player skill development with sessions featuring technical ability, tactical awareness, communication, mental toughness and training ethics among other skills. There will also be a goalkeeping session featuring training from Head Men's Soccer Coach Tim Penrod and Assistant Men's Soccer and Goalkeeping Coach Mark Millward.

Cost of the clinic is $50 per player and includes top level college coaching, a leadership skills seminar, positional specific training, lunch in Chaney Dining Hall and a campus tour and admissions seminar as well as an on-site athletic trainer.
