Cortland, NY – Six straight goals in a stretch of less than five minutes put the Clarkson University Men's Lacrosse team in an early hole, and despite a furious comeback in the second half the Golden Knights fell to 14th-ranked SUNY Cortland on Wednesday afternoon.

Pierce Currie scored with just under three minutes remaining to get Clarkson back within three goals, but the Knights could get only one more goal as the clock ticked away and fell by two.
