Kenyon College snapped a 2-2 tie with two runs in the top of the eighth to hand St. Lawrence University's baseball team its fourth straight loss to start its southern trip at Fort Myers, FL.

The Saints, now 0-4 with an off day on Tuesday, overcame an early Kenyon lead with two runs in the bottom of the second. Khifer O'Connor doubled to start the inning and advanced on a ground out, scoring on Matt D'Auteuil's sacrifice bunt with D'Auteuil reaching safely on the play.  Zane Fish then laced a double to left center to score D'Auteuil for a 2-1 lead.

Kenyon tied it with a run in the top of the fifth and scored twice off Saint starter and loser Jason Conde in the top of the eighth for the win. Conde allowed seven hits and struck out five for the Saints.

Fish went 3-3 with two doubles while O'Connor also had a pair of hits for the Saints.

Five Bethel University pitchers limited St. Lawrence University's baseball team to nine hits in a doubleheader sweep in Fort Myers, FL on Sunday, dropping the Saints to 0-3 on the young season.

Starter Matt Johnson held the Saints to three singles and one run through five innings in game one with Matt Rowley pitching two innings of one-hit relief, striking out five in a 5-1 Bethel win and David Freed went five innings, allowing two unearned runs on four hits in the nightcap, a 9-2 Bethel victory.

Pat Considine took the loss in game one, pitching 4.2 innings and allowing four runs on five hits with seven strikeouts while Kyle Donaldson allowed three hits and an unearned run in 2.1 innings of relief duty, striking out four in game one.

Carter Franz, Ethan Braddock and Paul Piatelli each had singles at the top of the Saint order while Brian Brennan singled in the lone Saint run.

In game two, Matt Skelley took the loss for the Saints as Bethel broke the game open with a five run third. Franz, Braddock, Taylor Engle, Robert Carman and Bryan Palermo had hits for the Saints with Engle contributing a double.
